Title - Amaravathi Express added with extra AC coach on permanent basis

To overcome high demand for AC coach and seating coach in Amravathi Express, South Western Railway will add one AC 3 tier coach and one second class Sleeper coach on permanent basis. This addition of coaches will be made with immediate effect and Train number 17225 / 17226 Vijayawada - Hubballi - Vijayawada Amravathi Express will run with new train composition as given below -

  • AC two tier coach - 1
  • AC three tier coaches - 2
  • Second Class Sleeper coaches - 7
  • General Second Class coaches - 5
  • SLR coaches - 2
