Title - Air Conditioned Premium Lounge at Asansol Station inaugrated

A Premium Lounge of 200 square meters at Asansol Railway station was inaugurated by Minister of State, Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises. The lounge is made at a cost of Rupees 24 lakhs and equipped with push sofa chairs and cosy recliners, where Passengers can comfortably relax in spacious and pleasant ambience. The air-conditioned premium lounge of Asansol station will provide the passengers waiting there with a different ambience, full of serenity and comfort. 

Decorated interiors, artworks & heritage gallery o­n walls and premium electrical fittings have been provided.  Separate bathrooms for ladies and gentlemen are attached to the lounge. All these facilities can be availed by the passengers at a nominal charge of Rs.30 per hour.
