Title - Mumbai: Heavy rain causes waterlogging, trains running late

Heavy rains in Mumbai have led to water logging in Andheri, Borivili, Kandivili, LBS Road and Mumbai Central. The local trains on western and central line are running late by 15 minutes. Some trains coming towards Mumbai have been stuck in Valsad, Gujarat since Thursday night due to rains.Due to heavy rains and water logging traffic movement on Western Expressway has been affected. Traffic jams have been reported from Malad Junction, Juhu, Andheri and Dadar.However, fast and long distance trains on both lines are running on time. High tide is expected around 2:30 pm.The local trains on western and central line are running late by 15 minutes. It has been raining heavily in Mumbai since Tuesday with the Met department predicting that the heavy downpour will continue for some more days.
