Title - Call to acquire land for rail line

A meeting of the District Development Committee has sought resumption of land acquisition procedures for the Guruvayur-Thirunavaya railway line. B. D. Devassy, MLA, urged the authorities to take immediate steps to provide water connection to families staying in the purambokku land. C. Raveedranath, MLA, sought stringent measures against reclamation of paddy fields in the district. District Collector P.M. Francis presided. P.K. Biju, MP, K.V.
