Title - Railway rage

I travelled by the Konkan Railway's Verna-Mangalore passenger train on August 25 and returned on August 27 and was shocked to find some things which have changed due to lack of control by Konkan Railway officials:On the 25th, the TTE came on his rounds only once and then was never seen again. At different stations people climbed into the train directly through gaps in railway walls and kept watch for the TTE and caterers alerted beggars on the TTE's movements. On the return journey the TTE had vanished altogether.Doubts arise whether beggars, eunuchs, caterers are in cahoots with the TTE and other officials.Beggars and eunuchs sought alms throughout the train.Passengers played music on their mobile phones for everyone to hear

I travelled to and fro in the same bogie (chair car) and the toilet was stinking the same, indicating it had not been washed in three days

Absolutely no security personnel were on the train ensuring that some passengers behaved as rowdies

The railway caterers sold only one item which was hot and that was tea. Batata wada's were the size of table tennis balls and all items, including water, were overpriced.

Is there some control or is the Konkan Railway inspired by the practices of the Indian Railway?
