AUGMENTATION OF TRAINS
To clear the heavy waiting list, the following trains will be augmented temporarily with one Second Class Chair Car coach (reserved) during the period mentioned against each.
1)T.No.16854 Tiruchchirappalli – Chennai Egmore Express leaving Tiruchchirappalli from 15.9.2012 to 28.10.2012.
2)T.No.16853 Chennai Egmore – Tiruchchirappalli Express leaving Chennai Egmore from 18.9.2012 to 31.10.2012.
3)T.No.16107 Chennai Egmore – Mangalore Express leaving Chennai Egmore from 15.9.2012 to 28.10.2012.
4)T.No.16108 Mangalore – Chennai Egmore Express leaving Mangalore from 17.9.2012 to 30.10.2012.

TEMPORARY STOPPAGE AT MADURANTAKAM

          The following trains will temporarily stop at Madurantakam o­n an experimental basis for a period of two months as detailed below.

ADDITIONAL COACHES IN SAPTHAGIRI/TIRUPATI EXPRESS TRAINS

          To clear the heavy waiting list, T.No.16057/16058 Chennai Central – Tirupati – Chennai Central Sapthagiri Express trains and T.No.16053/16054 Chennai Central – Tirupati – Chennai Central Tirupati Express trains will have 2 AC chair cars against  1 AC chair car now and 6 reserved second class chair cars against the existing 3 reserved second class chair cars from 17.9.2012 to 31.1.2013.

LINE BLOCK

          Due to engineering work between Chengalpattu – Singaperumal Koil stations, following will be the pattern of train services.

          On 17th, 18th, 20th and 21st September 2012             

1.T.No.40519 Tambaram – Chengalpattu EMU local scheduled to leave Tambaram at 08.40 hrs. will be partially cancelled between Singaperumal Koil and Chengalpattu.

2.T.No.40528 Chengalpattu - Tambaram EMU local scheduled to leave Chengalpattu at 09.40 hrs. will be partially cancelled between  Chengalpattu and Singaperumal Koil.

3.T.No.40531 Tambaram – Chengalpattu EMU local scheduled to leave Tambaram at 12.50 hrs. will be partially cancelled between Singaperumal Koil and Chengalpattu.

4.T.No.40540 Chengalpattu - Tambaram EMU local scheduled to leave Chengalpattu at 13.50 hrs. will be partially cancelled between  Chengalpattu and Singaperumal Koil.
