Title - Change in train composition of Chennai Central Express train to Thiruvananthapuram and Alapuzzha

Chennai Central - Alappuzha - Chennai Central Express and Chennai Central- Thiruvananthapuram- Chennai Central Express will run with revised train composition with immediate effect.

Railway has added 1 Sleeper Class coach and removed 1 General Second Class coach.

Accordingly the new train composition is now as given below -

  • AC two tier - 2 coaches
  • AC three tier - 4 coaches
  • Sleeper Class - 13 coaches
  • General Second Class - 2 coaches
  • SLR - 2 coaches
