Title - 2 TTEs held for assaulting women in Rajadhani express

Shoranur: Two TTEs in Rajadhani Express were held for assaulting a woman passenger. Railway police held Gobesh Singh and Surendar Singh on Wednesday morning.

A dispute broke out over the ticket of a woman passenger who boarded the train from Ernakulam on Wednesday at 1 am. The TTE, after calling the passenger and her companion to the pantry car on the pretext of giving confirmed ticket, demanded money. During the clash over money, one of the TTE hit the woman passenger. When police came to the spot the TTE also attacked the police with utensils in the pantry car. Later they were held by RPF.
