Title - Trains still running late due to fog - The Times of India

ALLAHABAD: The late running of trains continued on Monday due to foggy weather conditions. However, the duration of hours in late running of trains has been reduced.

Train number 12307 Howrah Jodhpur Express whose arrival time at the Allahabad junction is about 12:10 pm was running late by about 14 hours while train number 13008 Toofan Express was running late by about 19 hours.

Train number 14083 Mahananda Express whose arrival time at Allahabad junction is about 6:30 am was running late by about 9 hours. Train number 12502 Poorvauttar Sampark Kranti arrived at Allahabad junction at about 3:02 pm and was delayed by about 5 hours and 30 minutes. Train number 12428 Anand Vihar-Rewa Express was delayed by about 13 hours.

However, train number 22405 Anand Vihar-Bhagalpur Gharib Rath broke all the records of late running of trains as it arrived at Allahabad railway junction at about 2:55 pm getting delayed by about whopping 37 hours. This train was scheduled to reach Sunday but arrived on Monday.

Train number 12308 Howrah-Jodhpur Express running in the down direction was delayed by about 6 hours. However, the schedule of the train number 12816 Nandan Kanan Express was more or less normal as it got delayed by only 2hours. Prayag Raj Express coming from New Delhi was delayed by only about half an hour as it reached Allahabad junction at about 7:30 am. Train number 12506 North East Express was running late by about 6 hours.
