Northern Railway, Lucknow Division issued notification for recruitment to 4 Group D vacancies against Scouts/ Guides quota 2012-13. Interested candidates should send their applications in the prescribed format till 07 January 2013. Important Dates Last Date for Receipt of Application: 07 January 2013 (1730 hrs) Vacancy Details Category: Group D No of Vacancies: 4 Age Limit (as on 1 November 2012) Minimum: 18 years Maximum: 33 years (Maximum age relaxed by 3 years for OBCs and by 5 years for SC / ST candidates.) Educational Qualification: 10th from a recognized School Pay Scale: Rs.5200- 20200 + GP of Rs.1800 Examination Fee: A non-refundable examination fee of Rs. 40 has to be paid through a crossed IPO / crossed DD drawn from any nationalized bank, and issued in favour of District Commissioner, Northern railway Bharat Scouts and Guides, Lucknow District. SC / ST and Ex-SM are exempted from payment of Fees. Selection Procedure: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test / Interview. How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application in the prescribed format, along with copies of required certificates / documents, Fee IPO / DD and send it to “Assistant Personal (Admn.), Divisional Railway Manager office, Hazratganj, Lucknow” by ordinary post or drop in the box kept in the office for the purpose till 7 January 2013.
