Title - New Secunderabad train flagged off

NAGPUR: The much awaited Nagpur-Secunderabad Express was flagged off on Saturday by MP Vilas Muttemwar. According to the reservation chart, 79 passengers had booked berths for the first journey of the train. The Passenger Reservation System (PRS) for the train could be activated only on Saturday morning due to some technical issues. "Bookings will be done en-route too and there are general boogies of which no record of passengers can be obtained. This is a very convenient train to go to Secunderabad," said Central Railway PRO PD Patil. The train which is a tri-weekly will be leaving Nagpur every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 10pm and reach Secunderabad the next day at 8.25am. Similarly, the train will leave Secunderabad every Monday, Wednesday and Sunday at 10pm and reach Nagpur railway station the next day at 8.15am.
