Title - Man arrested by railway police

The railway police arrested R. Rajagopal (23) of Moscow Nagar on the charge of placing a piece of concrete slab, weighing around 2 kg, along the railway track at Golden Nagar here. On Tuesday night, the Kanyakumari-Mumbai express train that passed through the stretch hit the concrete mass.

The train stopped for a while. Though no damage was reported, the incident caused a flutter.
