Hyderabad: Hyderabad-New Delhi, A. P Express - Train No. 12723, scheduled to depart Hyderabad at 6 25 hrs on December 31 has been cancelled due to delay following heavily foggy weather in Northern region of India.

Full refund of fare will be given to the passengers on cancellation of their tickets, which have already been booked, an official release said
