Title - Andhra HC notices on railway staff union dues

The High Court on Thursday ordered issuance of notices to the Centre, the Railway Board and others concerned on a writ petition seeking direction to authorities not to permit any railway staff union to contest secret ballot poll for recognition of  union without submitting ‘No Dues’ certificate.Justice Ramesh Ranganathan gave the order while dealing with a plea filed by G Satyanarayana, general secretary of Rail Mazdoor Union, that Secret Ballot poll  panel and chief  personnel officer failed to recover dues from unions.
