Title - 4 important trains rescheduled at Kharagpur station due to derailment of freight train

Due to derailment of 4 loaded wagons and a Guard’s Brake Van of a Goods train normal train service at Kharagpur station got affected on Up and Down lines. Movement on Up line has been restored but restoration of Down line is in progress due to which following trains are planned for Cancellation and Re-scheduling on April 9 (today) –

Rescheduled trains –

  • 18645 East Coast Express will depart at 05:45PM
  • 12860 Geetanjali Express will depart at 07:50PM
  • 12841 Coromondal Express will depart at 10:50PM
  • 12663 Howrah Tiruchi Express will depart at 09:10PM

Train cancelled –

  • 58015 Howrah – Adra Passenger
