The South Central Railway (SCR) on Monday cancelled a few trains with Train No.12622 New Delhi-Chennai Central Tamilnadu Express met with a major fire mishap near Nellore.

The following are the trains cancelled: train No.66031 Sullurupeta-Nellore passenger scheduled to leave Sullurupeta at 3.45 p.m. on Monday .

Train No.66032 Nellore-Sullurupeta passenger scheduled to leave Nellore at 5.30 p.m. on Monday; .

Train No.57240 Bitragunta-Chennai Central passenger scheduled to leave Bitragunta at 5.20 a.m. on Monday;

Train No.57277 Gudur-Vijayawada passenger scheduled to leave Gudur at 4.10 p.m. on Monday;

Train No.57239 Chennai Central-Gudur passenger scheduled to leave Chennai Central at 4 p.m. on Monday;

Train No.57242 Vijayawada-Bitragunta passenger scheduled to leave Vijayawada at 3.15 p.m. on Monday.

Train No.66035 Chennai Central-Nellore passenger which left Chennai Central at 7.45 a.m. on Monday is partially cancelled between Vedayapalem and Nellore. The train will run back as Train No.66034 passenger from Vedayapalem to Tirupati.

Train No.66034 Nellore-Tirupati passenger scheduled to leave Nellore at 12.30 p.m. on Monday is partially cancelled between Nellore and Vedayapalem.

Train No.66033 Tirupati-Nellore passenger which left Tirupati at 11.25 a.m. on Monday is partially cancelled between Gudur and Nellore. The train will run back as Train No.6036 from Gudur to Chennai Central.

Train No.66036 Nellore-Chennai Central passenger scheduled to leave Nellore at 4 p.m. on Monday is partially cancelled between Nellore and Gudur.

The SCRhas set up ‘Helplines’ at Secunderabad, Vijayawada, Nellore and Warangal to provide information to the kin of the passengers who were travelling in Tamilnadu Express Train which met with the fire accident.
