Title - 12 more winter special trains on Konkan Railway

MUMBAI: In addition to the 34 Winter Special Trains already announced on Konkan Railway Route recently, in co-ordination with Central Railway, Konkan Railway has now introduced another 12 Winter Special Trains between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) - Ernakulam & Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) - Tirunelveli for the convenience of its passengers. The details of these train services are as under:

The Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) - Ernakulam train will halt at the following stations -- Thane, Panvel, Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Sawantwadi, Thivim, Madgaon, Karwar, Bhatkal, Mookambika Road Byndoor, Udupi, Thokur, Mangalore Jn., Kasaragod, Kanhangad, Payyanur, Kannur, Thalassery, Vadakara, Kozhikode, Tirur, Kuttipuram, Shornur, Thrissur and Aluva. Stations.

The train will have 19 coaches with Composition of Eleven Sleepers, Two AC III Tier, One AC II Tier, Three general and Two SLR Coaches.

The Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) - Tirunelvelitrain will halt at -- Thane, Panvel, Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Sawantwadi, Thivim, Madgaon, Karwar, Murdeshwar, Bhatkal, Mookambika Road Byndoor, Udupi, Thokur, Mangalore Jn., Kasaragod, Kanhangad, Payyanur, Kannur, Thalassery, Vadakara, Kozhikode, Tirur, Kuttipuram, Shornur, Thrissur, Aluva, Ernakulam, Quilon, Trivandrum, Neyyatinkara, Kulitturai, Eraniel, Nagarcoil Town and Valliyur Stations. The train will have 19 coaches with Composition of Eleven Sleepers, Two AC III Tier, One AC II Tier, Three general and Two SLR Coaches.

With these additional train services, the total number of Winter Special Trains being run on Konkan Railway Route during Winter season rises to 46.
