Title - New AC passenger train between Kolkata and Khulna of Bangladesh

With the launch of new train service between Kolkata and Bangladesh's southwestern industrial City of Khulna India and Bangladesh has made industrial connectivity even more stronger than it was before. This new train will help to reduce travel time by at least 3 hours. Besides the launch of new train service several other connectivity projects were are also launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

The new rail connectivity project was completed at the cost of hundred million dollar including the newly built international rail passenger Terminus at Chitpur in Kolkata. Indian Prime Minister said he was happy to launch one of the most important projects to enhance the connectivity between the two countries. The inauguration of the international passenger terminal will also benefit passengers off Kolkata - Dhaka maitree Express besides Kolkata - Khulna Bandhan Express.
