Title - ‘Menu on Rail app' to help passengers to provide better quality food

‘Menu on Rail app’ will be launched by national transporter next month. Through this app the national transporter wants to provide better quality of food to its passengers. This app will allow passengers to order food of their choice on a running train. However, availability of food choices will depend on train category namely Humsafar Express, Mail/Express trains, Tejas Express, Shatabadi, Rajdhani or Duronto Express.

A passenger has to choose its train category first, before placing a food order. Along with food items, the app will also display their prices.
