Title - Travel between Bengaluru City Station to Baiyappanahalli station cheaper and faster than Metro

The newly dedicated Sub-urban link from Bengaluru city railway station to Baiyappanahalli station has made life of daily commuters easy. With Rs 10 ticket per passenger the ride is cheaper than metro and with 25 minutes of total travel time it is also faster than metro.

The sub-urban train operates 6 days (barring Sunday) in a week on this route and is a relief to IT professionals working in Whitefield and ITPL. 

06570 MEMU departs Bengaluru city at 07:50 AM in the morning and arrives Baiyappanahalli at 8.15 am.

Bengaluru Cantonment and Bengaluru East stations.

From the time this train was launched, commuters prefer to take a walk from Majestic to City station after getting down from Metro; to hop on the new MEMU service.
