Train No. 06316/06315 Kochuveli-Bangalore city special trains, running on Sundays, Mondays and Fridays from Kochuveli, and on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays from Bangalore Central have been extended to run up to January 2013.

Meanwhile, the monsoon timetable of Konkan Railways will change to regular timings from November 1. Accordingly, train No.12617 Ernakulam Junction-Hazarat Nizamuddin, Mangala Express will start from Ernakulam Junction at 1.15 p.m. Train No. 16337/16338 express trains between Ernakulam and Okha which were running up to Hapa will now run up to Okha only.

There will be no major changes in the timings of trains starting from Ernakulam, Kochuveli, Thiruvananthapuram and Nagercoil and passing through Konkan Railway. Timings of trains reaching their destination points at Ernakulam Junction, Thiruvananthapuram Central, Kochuveli, Nagercoil Junction after travelling through Konkan will have changes as published in the monsoon timetable, according to an official release here.
