For passengers, cleanliness had always been a major form of grievance forming highest number of complaints. Railway will make sure that feedback will directly affect service provider to ensure better service.

New rules will also ensure the attendance of janitors to be consistent. To make sure consistent attendance janitor attendance record will be submitted to the railway supervisor every month.
