Title - Not much disruption to trains, flights

PANAJI: Despite the heavy rains in the state for the last 24 hours there has been no disruption in air and rail traffic.Sources at Airport Authority of India (AAI), Goa said that there was no problem in landing and take-off of aircraft as there was not much rain in Dabolim.Sources said that there was no diversion of flights, nor appreciable delays due to rains. Source also said that flights running as per schedule.

Sources in the Konkan railway said that there was a minor problem at Ratnagiri section after mud and debris washed on the track due to heavy rains. Sources also said that mud was cleared within an hour and the track was restored for traffic.

Sources said due to the problem trains are running late but there is no diversion.
