Title - CHANGE IN CANCELLATION / PARTIAL-CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING / REGULATION OF TRAIN SERVICES AT MADUR

Due to technical reasons, the o­ngoing yard remodeling work in Madurai station yard is extended upto 20.10.2012.

Hence, the cancellation / partial cancellation / regulation of trains announced earlier are modified as under.

Additional cancellations

Trains Fully Cancelled

1.      T.No. 22621 Rameswaram – Kanniyakumari tri-weekly express was already cancelled o­n 29.09.12, 01.10.12, 04.10.12, 06.10.12, 08.10.12, 11.10.12.  This train will additionally be cancelled o­n 13/10/12, 15/10/12 & 18/10/12 also.

2.      T.No. 22622 Kanniyakumari - Rameswaram tri-weekly express was already cancelled o­n 30.09.12, 02.10.12,  05.10.12,  07.10.12, 09.10.12, 12.10.12.  This train will additionally be cancelled o­n 14/10/12, 16/10/12 & 19/10/12 also.

Trains partially cancelled

1.      T.No. 12635 Chennai Egmore- Madurai Vaigai express was already partially cancelled between Kudal Nagar and Madurai from 30.09.12 to 12.10.12.  This train will additionally be cancelled from 13.10.12 to 19.10.12 between Kudal Nagar and Madurai. This train will arrive Kudal nagar at 21.15 hrs.

2.      T.No. 12636 Madurai-Chennai Egmore Vaigai express was already partially cancelled between Madurai and Kudal Nagar from 01.10.12 to 13.10.12.  This train will additionally be cancelled from 14.10.12 to 20.10.12 between Madurai and Kudalnagar. This train will leave Kudal nagar at 06.55 hrs.

3.      T.No. 12637 Chennai Egmore- Madurai Pandian express leaving Chennai Egmore from 29.09.12 to 12.10.12 was already partially cancelled between Kudal Nagar and Madurai.  This train, leaving Chennai Egmore from 13.10.12 to 19.10.12 will also be additionally cancelled between Kudal nagar and Madurai.  This train will arrive Kudal nagar at 07.05 hrs.

4.      T.No. 12638 Madurai-Chennai Egmore Pandian express was already partially cancelled between Madurai and Kudal nagar from 30.09.12 to 12.10.12.  This train will additionally be cancelled from 13.10.12 to 19.10.12 between Madurai and Kudalnagar. This train will leave Kudal nagar at 20.45 hrs.

III Revised cancellation

1.      T.No. 56707 Dindigul- Madurai passenger which was fully cancelled from 05.10.12 to 08.10.12 earlier will run as per schedule o­n these days.  Instead, this train will be fully cancelled from 12/10/12 to 15/10/12.

2.      T.No. 56708 Madurai- Dindigul passenger which was fully cancelled from 05.10.12 to 08.10.12 earlier will run as per schedule o­n these days.  Instead, this train will be fully cancelled from 12/10/12 to 15/10/12.

3.      T.No. 56709 Dindigul- Madurai passenger which was fully cancelled from 05.10.12 to 08.10.12 earlier will run as per schedule o­n these days.  Instead, this train will be fully cancelled from 12/10/12 to 15/10/12.

4.      T.No. 56710 Madurai- Dindigul passenger which was fully cancelled from 05.10.12 to 08.10.12 earlier will run as per schedule o­n these days. Instead, this train will be fully cancelled from 12/10/12 to 15/10/12.

5.      T.No. 56734 Sengottai – Madurai passenger which was partially cancelled between Virudunagar and Madurai o­n 12.10.12 will run as per schedule.  Instead, this train will be partially cancelled between Virudunagar and Madurai o­n 19.10.12.

6.      T.No. 56735 Madurai- Sengottai passenger which was partially cancelled between Madurai and Virudunagar o­n 12.10.12 will run as per schedule. This train will be partially cancelled between Virudunagar and Madurai o­n 19.10.12.

IV) Revised partial cancellation

1.      T.No. 56319 Nagercoil – Coimbatore passenger is now partially cancelled o­n 05.10.12 between Virudunagar and Dindigul instead of Madurai and Dindigul as advised earlier. In addition to the above, this train will be partially cancelled o­n 06/10/12 between Virudunagar and Madurai, from 07/10/12 to 11/10/12 between Madurai and Dindigul and o­n 12.10.12 & 19.10.12 between Virudunagar and Dindigul.

2.      T.No. 56320 Coimbatore - Nagercoil passenger is now partially cancelled o­n 05.10.12 between Dindigul - Virudunagar instead of Dindigul - Madurai as advised earlier. In addition to the above, this train will be partially cancelled o­n 06/10/12 between Madurai and Virudunagar, from 07/10/12 to 11/10/12 between Dindigul - Madurai and o­n 12.10.12 & 19.10.12 between Dindigul - Virudunagar.

V. Trains Rescheduled

1.      T.No. 22628 Tirunelveli- Tiruchchirappalli Intercity express which was rescheduled to leave Tirunelveli o­n 12.10.12 will run as per schedule.  Instead, this train will be rescheduled to leave Tirunelveli at 03.15 PM o­n 07/10/12 & 19/10/12 (2 days o­nly)

VI. Trains Regulated at Dindigul

1.      T.No. 16788 Jammutawi – Tirunelveli bi-weekly express which was regulated for 60 minutes at Dindigul station o­n 04.10.12 will run as per schedule.  Instead, this train will be regulated at Dindigul station o­n 11.10.12 for 60 minutes.

2.      T.No. 16127 Chennai Egmore- Guruvayur express which was regulated for 85 minutes at Dindigul station o­n 12.10.12 will run as per schedule.  Instead, this train will be regulated at Dindigul station o­n 19.10.12 for 85 minutes.

3.      T.No. 56825 Erode / Mayiladuturai- Tirunelveli passenger which was regulated for 40 minutes at Dindigul station o­n 12.10.12 will run as per schedule.  Instead, this train will be regulated at Dindigul station o­n 19.10.12 for 40 minutes.
