The special trains started by the railways during the festive season to clear extra rush will run till December 31 for passengers' convenience. 

Station superintendent announced this here on Thursday. Railway authorities had started the service to clear the extra rush during the festival season, where the Northern Railways had announced 44 special trains, which would continue till December 31, he said. The weekly trains include: Amritsar-Barauni- Amritsar (4601/4602), 04642/04641-Ferozepur- Saharsa- Ambala Weekly, 04502/04501-Ludhiana-Saharsa- Ambala Cantt., 04012/04011- H. Nizamuddin-Shirdi Sai Nagar-H. Nizamuddin, 03113/03114-New Delhi-Sealdah-New Delhi, 04734/04733-Pathankot-Bikaner-Pathonkot, 02207/02208-Ahmedabad-Jammu Tawi Express, 04055/04056-New Delhi-Amritsar Express and 03015/03016-Howrah-Haridwar express.

For commuting daily, 04009/04010 Delhi Sarai Rohilla-Bhatinda-Delhi Sarai Rohilla and for commuting tri weekly there will be 04033/04034- Delhi Sarai Rohilla-Udhampur Express and 04051-04052-Jammu Tawi-Anand Vihar.

The trains would run on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
