Title - Special train to West Bengal

In order to clear extra rush of passengers, a special train will be run between Santragachi and Yeshwantpur. According to a South Western Railway release, the Santragachi-Yeshwantpur Express Special (No. 08003) will leave Santragachi on October 6 (Saturday) at 8.45 a.m. and reach Yeshwantpur at 6 p.m. on October 7 (Sunday).On the return journey, the special train (No. 08004) will leave Yeshwantpur on October 8 (Monday) at 8.20 p.m. and reach Santragachi at 12.10 p.m. on October 10 (Wednesday).The train will run from Santragachi to Yeshwantpur via Kharagpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Brahmapur, Vizianagaram, Vishakapatnam, Samalkot, Rajamundry, Vijayawada, Gudur, Renigunta, Katpadi, Jolarpettai and Krishnarapuram.The train will have a composition of one two-tier AC coach, two three-tier AC coaches, nine three-tier second-class sleeper coaches, four general second-class coaches and two second-class-cum-luggage vans.

Train cancelled
The Bangalore City-Tirunelveli-Bangalore City Weekly Special (06515/06516) has been cancelled on October 7 due to operational reasons, the release added.
