Title - RWF hangs in with a crucial win

Rail Wheel Factory (RWF) ensured another season in top flight football with a crucial 2-1 win over bottom-placed DYSS in the BDFA Super Division football league at the Football Stadium here on Thursday.With 12 points after the completion of all its league fixtures, RWF (a promoted team) moved ahead of Postal (eight points with a match to go) and Student Union (six points with a match to go).In the second match of the day, Karnataka State Police was held to a 1-1draw by Postal to ensure a valuable point for both. KSP is not out of the relegation danger yet but only marginally better placed with 10 points and a game to go.On Friday, title contender South United will face Student Union in a crucial game for both sides. A win for the former will not only keep Karnataka's only professional club in the race for the championship but will also confirm Student Union as the second team to take the drop to 'A' Division next season.Three teams will be relegated, with DYSS already standing no chance of staying in the Super Division.
