Title - Revised Passenger Fares to Come into Force With Effect from 00.00 Hrs of 22nd January, 2013

As announced earlier, the revisedpassenger faresfor train journey will come into force with effect from00.00 hrs o­n 22ndJanuary, 2013 (ie., from the intervening night of21st and 22nd January, 2013).Passengers who have booked their tickets in advance at previous rates for journey o­n or after 22nd January, 2013, are required to pay the difference of fare at Booking Counters at Railway Stations or to the Travelling Ticket Examiner o­n board the train.Special Counters / Current Counters / Reservation Counters will also be opened at major reservation offices / major stations for collection of difference of fare in advance. Rail users are requested to utilize these special counters to avoid last minute rush o­n the trains.The difference of fare to be paid by the passengers will appear in the Reservation Chart.Passengers are requested to please note this and cooperate with the Railways.
