North Central Railway will ply special trains during the Maha Kumbh. Alok Johri, General Manager, North Central Railway, released the time table of the mela special trains at NCR headquarters in Subedarganj, according to a report in The Times of India. The mela specials would be plied during the period of main bathing days on the occasions of Makar Sakranti, Paush Poornima, Mauni Amavasya, Basant Panchami, Maghi Poornima and Mahashivaratri. About 47 outgoing mela specials would be plied from Allahabad railway junction on the occasion of Makar Sankranti. | ||
