Ludhiana: Railway Minister Pawan Bansal today said the completion of LudhianaChandigarh rail link was his top priority and work on the project was going on at fast pace.Giving details, Bansal said the portion between Chandigarh to Morinda has already been completed, whereas work on MorindaLudhiana is going on a war footing.When asked about the launch of prestigious bullet train project, the railway minister said there are five proposed bullet train projects.
