The SWR Women’s Welfare Organisation donated a LCD television set and a refrigerator to the female outpatient ward and TB ward of the Railway Central Hospital here on Saturday. Organisation president Rashmi Mital and its office-bearers handed over the TV and refrigerator to the authorities concerned and then distributed sweets and gifts to inpatients of the hospital as part of the Republic Day celebrations. Earlier, Ms. Mital hoisted the tricolour at SWRWWO’s English Medium High School, a release said. — Staff Correspondent
