The South Central Railway (SCR) will introduce licensed porter’s service for senior citizens and physically handicapped persons from January 26 in Vijayawada. Interested persons may avail porter’s service by calling over Phone No. 73865-31211.The charges prescribed for porters are: for carrying luggage by trolley Rs.100, by wheel chair and on head Rs.60.
