In response to public demand, the South Central Railway has decided to provide new stoppages for Circar and Yeshwantapur express trains in Guntur division limits for a period of six months on an experimental basis.

Depending on the response, the continuity of these stoppages will be decided later.

Train No. 17644/17643 Kakinada Port-Chennai Egmore-Kakinada Port Circar Express will halt at Mangalagiri station for one minute each in both directions from November 1.

Train No. 17211/17212 Machilipatnam-Yeshwantapur-Machilipatnam triweekly express will have a new stoppage at Narasaraopet station from November 2/3.

Necessary changes have been effected in the passenger reservation systems.

Yeshwantpur Express is operated on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays towards Yeshwantapur and passes Narasaraopet station the same days.

In the return direction, the train leaves Yeshwantapur on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and passes Narasaraopet in the early hours of the following days (Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays).
