KANPUR: IRCTC has introduced two 'Bharat Darshan Rail Yatra' tour packages for the passengers willing to go for darshan of famous Sai Dham in Shirdi and seven Jyotirlingas situated in various parts of the country. These tour packages are much awaited ones and in demand. Every year, these tours are over-subscribed by the passengers. This year, IRCTC is hoping the same. The most unique feature of these tours are that the passengers will remain insured. The trains of these tour packages will pass through Kanpur Central railway station. Local passengers will be able to board these tour trains from here only. The trains will originate from Lucknow railway station on two dates.The Shirdi, Shani Singnapur and Trayambekeshwar Jyotirling Yatra will commence on June 23. Each passenger will be required to pay Rs 2,800 for availing this tour package. This time, IRCTC has made Kanpur and Lucknow as boarding points.IRCTC chief regional manager Manoj Sinha said: "The Shirdi, Shani Singnapur and Trayambekeshwar tour package includes confirmed reservation in sleeper class, vegetarian meals, sight-seeing and travel by non-AC buses, accommodation etc. The passengers will be taken care of completely. All they need to do is to sit back and enjoy the tour."The second tour of Jyotirlingas Yatra, which includes travelling to Omkareshwar, Mahakaleshwar, Nageshwar, Bhimashanker, Sonath etc would give passengers an exotic experience. For availing the benefits of this tour package, each passenger would be required to pay Rs 6,600.This tour package would commence on July 21 and culminate after 12 days. It is an 11-day and 12-night tour and the boarding points have been made both in Lucknow and Kanpur which would give advantage to the people of the two cities.The yatra will also include a confirmed berth in sleeper class, vegetarian meals, sight-seeing and travel by non-AC buses and decent accommodation.The passengers interested in the two tour packages can do online booking by logging on to www.railtourismindia.com.
