BELGAUM: South Western Railway (SWR) will run express special trains between Vasco and Valankanni (Tamil Nadu) during Our Lady of Valankanni festival. According to SWR, Train Nos 07315 and 07316 are being introduced between August 29 and September 9 for the convenience of pilgrims attending the feast of Our Lady of Valankanni. There will be three trips in each direction. Train No 07315 Vasco-Valankanni Express Special will depart at Vasco station at 9 am on August 29, Sept 2 and 5 respectively and reach Valankanni the next day. In the return direction, Train No 07316 Valankanni-Vasco Express Special will depart Nagapattanam at 2.45 pm on August 30 and reach Vasco station at 7.50 pm the next day. The Express Special will have total 18 coaches, consisting of one AC 2-tier coach, one AC 3-tier coach, eight second class sleeper coaches, six general second class coaches and two second class luggage-cum-brake vans.
