Title - 'Drunk' ASM suspended for misbehaving with colleague

An Assistant Station Master (ASM) posted at Lotapahar railway station of West Singhbhum district in Jharkhand under Chakradharpur division of South Eastern railway has been suspended for allegedly consuming liquor on duty and misbehaving with a colleague, Official sources said today. Public Relation Officer of Chakradharpur division Mr K N Biswas told UNI today ASM A K Moitra had been suspended for his alleged involvement in 'in-disciplinary activities'. An inquiry had also been ordered in this regard. Meanwhile, railway sources said Mr Moitra was suspended due to misbehaviour with a guard on duty in inebriated condition.
